| Fantasia, the Movie
I loved this movie as a child and loved it even more as a college kid in an...um..altered state. Has it held up in this age of digital special effects? Why not order a copy to share with your grandkids and find out? (Minus the mind alterations, this time.)
Hard to believe this was first issued in 1940. Originally conceived by Walt Disney and conductor Leopold Stokowski as a short film, they decided the idea of marrying animation to classical music was interesting enough to carry a full-length film.
I have fond memories of dancing hippos and the scary Night on Bald Mountain. What's your favorite part?
