We've been asked to post the following request to fellow boomers:

I am a doctoral student in communication at the University of Alabama currently working on my dissertation project. The project is based on the baby boomer demographic and how siblings in this age range communicatively negotiate a family health crisis. I feel confident that health crises are a concern for baby boomers. Ultimately, I am interested in finding out if baby boomer siblings rely on each other in a crisis of this type, or if they turn to significant others or friends for social support.
