Wow, what a cool video!

Jimmy Buffet's sense of humor and insight has always been amazing. He's one of the most entertaining artists from our generation still performing.

I honestly don't know what my parents' hopes and dreams for me were. I think they always just wanted me to succeed in the present, that is, get through school for now, and let my life's niche find me.

Thanks for this post and vid.

Hey everyone - I thought it was worth mentioning on this post that I just found an awesome gift idea (yes, you can give one to yourself too!). The AM radio station KEZW Studio 1430 has been a favorite of mine for years in Denver. They play some really great music from the big band era and the format of the station is one that is hard to find these days. If you love Sinatra, Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington etc as much as I do, then I recommend checking them out online. But I digress - The real reason you should check them out is because they just released a pre-loaded iPod with 100 songs from the Big Band era that you literally cant find anywhere else! As a collector of music, I was shocked to find that these 100 tracks have never been released to the public before now, and are actually recordings that were aired only for the troops overseas during WWII! The info on their site says the tracks were produced by the Glenn Miller Archive at the University of Colorado, so I know theyll be high quality recordings. I feel like its harder these days to find good stuff like this, and every time I turn on the radio I hear the same boring pop songs. I CANT WAIT for this iPod to show up in my mailbox (I actually got one for my parents too!). Check it out for yourself. You can buy them on this Denver Perks site and all of the details are there: ( http://shopping.netsuite.com/s.nl;jsessionid=c42cMQJLxMZCyjLJql4L6vPTmYFryC8mQvwKh17Gz3yD9XpJvnTG7TxpVrJxy6yyKnwJ6fSTkq64cfn2whtJz41nJsmLp4wTh5yjLjCF1RQw39MZmDvLhs05lv61XbKr!1518607727?c=667537&n=2&it=A&id=5411&sc=37&category=1203 )

Spread the good music and keep on swingin!
