Hello Fellow Baby Boomers!

My name is Oliver R., Author, Motivational Speaker, Playologist and Healthy Living Consultant for consumers and particularly baby-boomers.

I am also a retired US Navy Vietnam Era Veteran for 21-years, from 1964-1985.

I have a passion for empowering people (particularly Baby Boomers) towards taking better care of their health and living their lives to the fullest. It is what I live and strive for.

Also, in my speaking, seminars and workshops I demonstrate how you can use every resource you have at home and in the environment (Malls, parks, walks, stairs, pets, playgrounds, etc.) to keep their body movinâ and groovinâ all for the purpose of having fun ö thatâs the name of the game to wellness, fortune and fame. It's more than moving your feet and what you eat, it's a dynamic lifestyle of fun, excitement and challenge!

As a Senior Olympic Gold Medalist, I compete in the 55-60-year age group in track and field and I love it.
