Captain Boomer Perhaps?

I know some of you Baby Boomers out there share my secret desire to pillage and burn as a pirate on the open seas... but alas, the mortgage needs to be paid and the kids are in college.

Fear not pirate wannabes - even if sailing about the Caribbean hunting booty is a little bit of a stretch, you can still get your very own, official Pirate name!

My pirate name is:
Captain Morty Rackham
Even though there's no legal rank on a pirate ship, everyone recognizes you're the one in charge. You have the good fortune of having a good name, since Rackham (pronounced RACKem, not rack-ham) is one of the coolest sounding surnames for a pirate. Arr!
Get you own pirate name

Baby Boomers, listen up- Your time is over! You wasted it! Your generation was defined by your name, you were born, and what did you do? You left us with nothing. Please welcome the new generation, despite your efforts to label them as x or y, they have defined themselves as the FREEDOM GENERATION. Despite your message of tune in turn off and drop out, peace love and drugs, the Freedom Generation has learned that peace will only come through hard work and fighting the evil that has existed through all generations. The baby boomers failed to live up to their potential, failing to show up for the fight and for freedom. Not only will the Freedom Generation protect your sorry group, but we will end up taking care of you as you age. So if you please, get out of the way and drop out so we can get to the business of freeing the world and winning the peace.

Ed, even though my life was a great party...including the part about raising my two kids...I admire what you said. You call yourself the Freedom Generation. I like it. I am assuming my daughters (in their 20's) will qualify for this Generation. Unlike most hippies, I morphed quite a lot. I went from Viet Nam protester to Republican to Libertarian...and I really appreciate that your generation is the one which goes overseas and fights the evil powers...and pays those taxes to coddle our sorry asses. I sure never voted for those taxes, but I thank your generation every day...you are great and you are absolutely right! Power to the Freedom Gen.

While there is an aweful lot that I appreciate about the the "freedom generation..." sometimes it's necessary to bellyache about them just a little. :-)
