I really wonder what is the biggest concern of baby boomers...

Baby boomers are the largest consumer market on this planet. Every eigth seconds a baby boomer turns fifty. There are millions of them! Now that's what we call a market! These are the people to target if you want to keep selling products in the years to come. If you appeal to them, you can simply stay in the same line of business for a decade; it's a never ending pool of customers. Go!BabyBoomers.com is going to hit them... hard. The best way to sell products is to create a band of trust with your potential customers. They have to believe you before they will spend a dime on you. Newsletters and e-zine thrive on this principle. But do you have time to write them? No. We thought so. That's were our program comes in.

Personally I remember the Easy-Bake Oven and lots of board games. Didn't play much with real girlie toys and never never Barbie....although there was a Barbie board game. I believe whoever won got to pick which guy she wanted of four choices. Ewwww.

I am trying to make a list of new technologies that that are helping "baby boomers" handle aging. I don't really want ones aimed at the elderly but at typical boomers.

I found a great ebook on Google, It really helps when you are facing retirement without a lot of money. Look it up on Google. Boomers Without Bucks is the title.

I love being a BABY BOOMER....especially an EMPTY NESTER! It's finally "me" time...and I'm taking advantage of it.

I recommend adding a link to boomspeak.com. The site is devoted to the "voices" of baby boomers and their slogan is Your whole life's in front of you.

I have devoted the second half of my career as a photographer to photographing my favorite demographic...my people "the boomers", it would be great to interlink sites with some of you folks to spread the buzz.

I will be purchasing my grandparents home (built in 1920) on the main street of our small town located south of Pittsburgh. They lived in the home from 1948 until the last family member passed away this October at the age of 89. Since the house still looks very much the same as it did when they moved in -- I plan to restore it and make it an authentic "Nostalgic" step back in time to the 1940's, 50's, 60's & 70's placing nostalgic candy on the pillows and welcoming guests upon their arrival with something in the oven guaranteed to stir up the smells, sights, and sounds of an era long gone by. What are your thoughts?? It will be a 2 bedroom with full shared bath, and a powder room and shower/toilet in basement that would sleep 6 guests, useage of the whole house which includes a 50's gameroom/bar in the basement. A "Thanks for the Memories" smaller bedroom will be a room that artifacts, and memorabilia from the family and local community preserving the culture and history of the Southwester Pennsylvania Steel towns will be recognized. As well as 5 military uniforms of my father and his 4 brothers who all served in the military, all coming home safely with an intersting heart warming story of the family dog -- that will give you goosebumps!! I hope to open in the fall of 2008. I'd appreciate any comments. Thank you. "La Dolce Vita on Broad" will be the name of the guesthouse.
